Autumn Term

We're so glad to see you all back after lockdown and the Summer holidays, and can't wait to start some fantastic learning with you! On this page, we'll be adding examples of the amazing learning you do during the Autumn term, across a range of subjects.

In English this week, we have been learning a poem called 'Overheard on a Saltmarsh' by Harold Monro. We have been concentrating on the two main characters: the nymph and the goblin. Our goblin voices are great! Here are some pictures of us acting out the poem.
In Science this half term, we have been learning all about electricity! We have been learning where electricity comes from as well as investigating which materials are conductors and insulators. This week, we have been making our own switches.
In RE, we've been learning about different forms of prayer. We had to order the different stages of Islamic prayer.
