Phonics

In school we follow a phonics scheme called 'letters and sounds'. It aims to build children's speaking and listening skills in their own right as well as to prepare children for learning to read by developing their phonic knowledge and skills.

Below is a link to a video 'How to pronounce pure sounds' so that you can support the children with the articulation of their sounds, and, in turn, supporting their reading development.
