Uniform
The school governors require that all children come to school in uniform and we appreciate your support in maintaining standards.
School uniform can be purchased directly from the school office and also direct with our supplier via the following link: http://www.brigade.uk.com/direct/index.php?pdPage=login
We sell second hand uniform at extremely reasonable prices and you are also welcome to purchase uniform without logos as sold in most high street stores.

Please label ALL clothing worn to school.
Swimming
Long hair must be tied back. Girls must wear a one-piece swim suit and boys must wear suitable swimming trunks/shorts. Long, baggy shorts are not permitted.
Jewellery
Children with pierced ears may wear studs (or very small sleepers) only. Watches have to be removed for PE and are the wearer’s responsibility. Watches or ear-rings must not be worn the day the class goes swimming. No other jewellery is allowed.
Nail varnish / makeup / tattoos
Children will be asked to remove any nail varnish, makeup or tattoos as they are not allowed in school.
Shoes
Shoes must be black in colour and appropriate for a normal day at school. Children like to run around at break-times and therefore high heels or open sandals are not suitable as accidents can occur more easily.
Hair
Whilst at school, it is essential that long hair is tied back for safety and hygiene reasons. We ask parents to ensure that their child has a hairstyle that is suitable for a working environment. Extreme hairstyles, such as outlandish colours or cuts, for boys or girls, are not suitable for school. If you are unsure, please seek advice from the Headteacher first.
