Connect for Health is a school nurse-led service that supports children, young people, and their families in Warwickshire. They offer advice and support for all school-aged children up to the age of 19 (or up to 25 for individuals with SEND).
Their team includes a range of healthcare professionals who can offer support for health-related concerns including: Healthy eating, dental health, friendships and relationships, body image, bullying, school anxiety, fussy eating, sleep, continence, mental health, sexual health, long-term health conditions, gender and sexuality, parenting, behaviour, and referral onto additional services.
Support from this service can be provided in a variety of ways including, individual interventions, group workshops, online parent workshops, phone consultations, and through their confidential text messaging services.
Any individual or professional can refer a child into their service to receive support for a health concern.
