Well-Being Journal

There are 5 days worth of daily well-being, goal setting and reflection activities.

You don't have to do them all but it would be great for you to do some!

The idea is that you start it in the morning, then come back to it at the end of the day to reflect on how well your day went.

 

I have also included some nice relaxation techniques at the bottom for you to try - let me know if you have a favourite!!!
